One individual is already dead, while nine other individuals are currently receiving treatment in hospitals as a result of a mass shooting that took place in Midland, Texas, yesterday morning. The police received reports by 8:03 a.m. local time of gunshots that had been fired from a building located in southwestern Texas. After negotiations between SWAT forces and the shooter, officials stated that the suspect is dead, and the threat is over. Out of the 11 victims, nine were rushed to Midland Memorial Hospital (of which four are under surgery and five are stable), and another one to Odessa Hospital.
